October 10, 2004HATEBREED singer Jamey Jasta visited Foel Studios in mid-Wales this past week to put down guest vocals on a couple of songs on the new NAPALM DEATH album, and "they have turned out great," according to an online posting by NAPALM bassist Shane Embury. "We are about four days away from finishing the record and it's sounding awesome!" the posting adds. "Lots of aggression and heaviness and well a couple of suprises perhaps."
The CD, tentatively titled "The Code Is Red...Long Live The Code", is expected to surface in early 2005 via Century Media Records. Songtitles set to appear on the album include "Instruments Of Persuasion", "Morale", "Striding Purposefully Backwards", "Climate Controllers", "Sold Short", and the projected title track.
NAPALM DEATH have just released their Century Media Records debut, "Leaders Not Followers: Part 2". U.S. fans can expect to see the band late October through November with CANNIBAL CORPSE, KATAKLYSM and GOATWHORE. For tour dates, visit the Century Media web site at this location.
